I think you ought to let fellow collectors know who it is. Collecting
cards (not money) should be fun not a pain in the A**. Screwed for a

| That's not good news. I prefer to do my trading with contacts from this
notesfile (mostly DEC people) than with USENET news groups or mailing lists.
I've found that most people though this notesfile are a lot easier to trade
with and aren't concerned about "nickle & diming".

I know how you feel....
Agreed to got out and buy certain Cdn issues of a specific hockey player
for a guy in the file. Got them for about 60% of Beckett.
Mailed the cards and my receipt to the guy.
Never heard from him again.
Has made me very leary of offering any help to guys I haven't
previously dealt with.

| SHAME ON THAT GUY... Besides him being a BEAT, it'll make some of you
guys that are VERY helpful, leary to deal with us new comers..
If he got the cards, (some one said he was sending some my way and I
never saw them, they were freebies, I assumed he didn't get around to
sending them), But it sounds like he DID get them.
He should MAKE GOOD ON HIS WORD and pay up!
Publish his name for all to see.

| Please don't publish any names. You can do it through mail. It's
too bad these things happen, but it's not the first time, nor the
last. If it happens to me I just don't deal with them anymore and
I also let other people know what happened.
