| I got the form from a shop in Worcester called the ARMCHAIR ATHLETE.
It is on Gold Star Boulevard about a half mile up on the right off
of the I190 Gold Star Blvd exit.

| I picked up some extra forms at a shop that had a bunch, but it's down
in Stoughton, so it's probably off the beaten path for most of you.

| Speaking of Rotmans, where exactly do they sell the cards at Rotmans?
I know where the furniture store is, but I don't know where they sell
the cards. Is it in the same building as the furniture store?

You go to the back of the store where the shipping and
receiving takes place, as you go into the parking lot,
the entrance to the Hobby shop is on your right, near
one of the loading platforms, it's a glass door on the
ground floor.

I would really like to get one of these Ted Williams Litho's, but not
enough (I don't think) to buy 15 packs of UD BB. It may come down to
buying packs later, but...
Anyone have any extra pack wrappers they don't need or maybe we can
arrange some kind of trade?

The dealers information must be filled in, and signed by the DEALER.
