439.0. "Stuff found while cleaning" by SALEM::KUPTON (KEN IN ROUGH) Thu May 21 1992 09:31

    	I'm looking for information on a few things I found whilst cleaning
    out some boxes of stuff I've had stored since 1978. I hove no idea of
    the value or collectability.
    
    1. Four 8x10 B&W photos. 2 each of Whitey Ford and Elston Howard. One
    of each is signed with a ballpoint. These were given to me by my father 
    around 1958 - 1960.
    
    2. Four 8x10 baseball cards. These were a promotion by Atlantic
    Richfield celebrating the 1967 Red Sox. The cards have potraits of
    the players on the front and an action pose. The artwork is by Bill
    Wheeldon. The backs of the cards have stats and histories of the
    players and a picture of Wheeldon doing the artwork for the cards.
    The cards are double dated. 1968 MLB and 1969 Atlantic Richfield. I
    would venture to say that they were issued in 1969. The four cards
    I have are: Jim Lonborg, Ray Culp, Dalton Jones, Carl Yastremzski.
    
    3. An autographed 1975 Red Sox baseball. A bit dirty and smudged, but
    all of the signatures are readable.
    
    Any info would be appriciated.
