| Thanks John. Actually it's the second "famous" ball game I had a ticket
to and didn't go. The other was the seventh game of the World's Series
when Reggie hit three home runs to win. At least that time I was able
to give the ticket to a worthy friend/fan.
For the Nolan game, I couldn't get anyone to go in my place. Couldn't
even give it away.

| Ken -
You must live in Cleveland. It wouldn't be hard to give away a ticket
to a Nolan game here in Beantown. Unfortunately, I don't think he
pitched here all last year. I remember the Rangers were in town for 4
games and he was the only one in the rotation not pitching. He wasn't
on the DL at the time.

338.4 | Nolan at home in TX | DPDMAI::VENEZIO | never drink SLICE while golfing | Thu Oct 31 1991 16:06 | 6 |
| Nolan pitches very infrequently on the road. They need the draw at home
and Nolan is willing to accomodate the fans. I've probably seen him 20
times. If you go the the home games, you will see Nolan. Maybe thats
why there was little interest in my ticket..... and I'm thankful for that.
