| I bought a box over the weekend at a local shop for $19. Went to
a show over the weekend and they were going from $17-$20. There
are 336 cards in the set. I got 326 of them. Only had 6 triples,
I was happy. Still need two more.
They look a lot like the 90 Hoop set, except the all-star cards
are gold around the sides of the pictures, the regular ones are silver
and the rookies, MVP, coach of year, etc. are all indicated on the
front. I was impressed.
There is a Ferry card.

| I just picked 2 boxes for $16.95 ea, will open them up-tonight and
see if I can get a set or two. I brought a pack for .50 just to see
what they look like and was also impressed with the cards,looks like
its made of good material. Gray front like the Leaf card with players
picture or action shot, the back of the card yellow with the stats.

I like the cards also. Very nice looking, but some have the backs way
off center. The set is not w/o errors though. To start with look for
the all star team checklist (#13) to be missing it's number. Now let
me see!...Where have I seen this before?????

| I just received in the mail on Saturday, a freebie from Hoops. It was
a 8"X11" poster of David Robinson, and a little story card of Doc
Rivers. Did anyone else receive anything like this in the mail. It
came in a plastic baggy with NBA Hoops literature in it.

| I got the same package, only the booklet featured Dennis Rodman. The
photo may have been Rodman, too, but not being a hoops fan, I really
didn't notice. Next they'll have stickers, stamps, discs, keychains,
etc.

| AnyOne know if card #13 is an error card? I have seen it with
the number 13 printed on top over the NBA logo and some with
out.

| What is the most expensive Hoops '90-'91 card. Is it still Robinson?
I have'nt picked up my new Beckett yet, is the Dec issue out yet? I
like the gold all star cards they look great. I bought a box of '91
wax packs for $12.00 bucks at the discount store. What do they
normally go for?

| I got two more in the mail yesterday, Larry "Happy" Bird and another
Robinson, with little card books enclosed. Where are these little
posters coming from, and why are they sending them out? Is this some
promo deal to get you hooked on Hoops cards. I hate basketball!

-.14 Yes, I recieved mine in Saturday's mail...actually recieved 2
of 'em..nice lookin with Robinson on the front, and Divac,Hardaway,
Richardson and Sherman Douglas on the back..also recieved my Pro-set
offer the same day!! I didn't get the Hull rookie but did recieve the
Barry Sanders rookie; 2 "super bowl supermen" cards Cliff Branch and
Ray Wersching...And! got 2 PGA tour cards Lee Trevino and Bob Tway.
I certainly appreciated the info in here on the free offers even
tho it took over 3 months to get 'em..hey the price is right.

Ya Walt-
I received two in the mail today.. Does anyone have any idea what they
are? Are they part of a set? I've never heard of All-Rookie cards before.

nice subset, have rookie draft, stay in school, say no to drugs,
behind the sceens and couple more.
One thing that I didn't like was there's NO DEE BROWN card
in this series II set. There A Piston card, wounder if it's going
to take off like last years.

Hi,
I have a 90-91 Hoops Jon Sundvold card with the number 172. The
correct number for this card is 171, I believe, as I have about five
with number 171. Is this an error card or am I missing something?

| It look like cards 171 (Jon Sundvold) and 172 (Billy Thompson) have
variations , I have both card with the number reverse.
