Just opened this file and looked for the topic. Hope I'm not repeating
one.
I have a picture post-card autographed in pencil by Wes Ferrell. He
was a pitcher for the Sox (among others), it also says 1936. I have no
reason to believe the autograph is anyhting but real. I found this in
an old box in my parents house.
Would there be anyone who would find this of value. I don't know the
first thing about collecting or value of these items and would
appreciate any info. you could give.
The only thing I know about him was he and his brother (a catcher) both
played for tha Sox for 5 or 6 years and in that time he threw a
no-hitter. Thanks for any info.

It's a postcard, no stamp. The pencil autograph has held up for almost
60 years so..... Thanks for the info on Rick, though.
