I was in Florida this weekend, not able to sleeep. I picked up the
sports section and saw this show called "Sports Overnight". I listened
Sunday and it was 2 hours of collectibles info with some guy from
DK Collectibles in Old Greenwich CT. The show was a Starr Broadcasting
production from Boston. Never heard of it around here or in here. Can
anyone shed a clue on this? What about the dealer, anyone ever hear
of him? It was a lot of questions like "I have a 1947 Dodger ball
in pretty good shape, what's it worth?" type stuff... some cards,
some autographs, some other stuff. Any other radio shows around?

There is a station in Philly, WIP, which is all day sports. On Saturday
afternoons they have a collectable show. Also one of the sports
hosts every afternoon, Howard Eskin is very big in collectables.
If you call him and describe what you have he will try to get you
a price or tell you of someone that will be interested in what you
have.
A lot of collectors use Eskin to verify their autograph collections.
He's well known for that.
Now that I've transferred to Calif. I miss all that.

Has anyone picked up that Sports Memorabilia station on Sunday
evenings, from 9 to 10 pm ?? Its on ABC radio, and the number to call
is 1-800-645-game. Suppose to be good sports memoribilia talk.
Yesterdays USA Today, had a listing of stations and a blurb on this
sports talk station.
