Maybe I can help with Trade Ads as that is what I mainly do. I put
in one ad and got 5 responses. I asked for 5 cards to begin the
trade and they all sent cards..one even sent the top '87 rookies.
You ask for a want list and then you start. Two I have been trading
with over 6 months.
When answering one be prepared to get a want list and no cards
initially. So send out about $6-7 worth. Always got back value from
individuals and have had good luck with a majority.
Advice: Don't bother with a dealer putting an ad in or responding
to you. You guys have written enough about your personnal experiences
so I won't go into that...you already know.

I am interested in trading.
I have cards from each decade, but want to complete my 57-59 sets,
85-88 Donruss sets, 88 Score set, and cards for particular players,
such as Mays, Clemente, Koufax, B and F Robbie, and some others.
I have lots of tradables, many semi-stars from the 60's and 70's
and tons of mint cards from 85 on.
