In this example of turning ARP serving on using the new OBM set
facility, the SNMP object arpAgent is changed from the default setting
of 2 (false) to 1 (true).
Read the documentation before turning ARP serving on. In
particular, be certain that you have IP addresses assigned to all the
ports which have IP - otherwise, turning ARP serving on will stop ARPs
from passing through those ports.
