| You can never trade group leaders in this game. Either continue
without him or start over...
Anyone else playing this? I can't tell where it's going. So far it's
been overly simple and the graphics are much poorer than they could
have been. Still, how the game plays is what's most important in an
RPG.
Anyone know what to do with the mutants? I like having a monster
around, but the mutant is always causing trouble through lack of
performance... I think I'm gonna stiff mine and replace him with a
female human for agility...

| I finished this game last night. It was pretty good for a $35 game.
The game tends to lead you along more than most RPG and the "mazes" do
not require mapping. Then again, this is a hand-held game and probably
shouldn't be as intense as a base system game.
Nonetheless, I enjoyed it, and there were plenty of places to go wrong
or to learn hard lessons. The end of the game was especially
interesting, since it came somewhat as a suprise (not THAT it ended,
but HOW it ended).
It is a easier game than, say, Dragon Warrior, but I think die-hard
RPGers will enjoy it. It should be a great starter for those who are
interested but intimidated by RPGs.

| I am in the world of water(2) and I cannot find any tunnels to an
island with the town said to be NE from the first one when you get out
of the tower. What is the rumor about the sailing island ,is it true?
Is there anything special about the room full of gargoyles and the
tortured people?(HELP,please)

| The rumor about the sailing island is true. You must use it to do
anything significant in this world. I don't believe there was any
significance to the room of gargoyles and tortured people
Sailing island spoiler follows:
You can find the sailing island "parked" next to one of the islands
accessible from the maze. Just step on it and press the direction
button the way you want to go... Think of it more as a boat that looks
like one of those really (roughly) round islands.

| OK what gives? My son got the Sword, Shield, and the Armor of the
King. He placed them on the statue. it said "You get SPHERE".
He defeated Gen-Bu. BUT, he does not have the sphere! So what
happened? How can he use the Sphere back at base town?
Help please.

| Move the arrow down the item list until you come to the word 'Sphere'.
This is just before the picture of the wastebasket. Press the B (?)
button and another window will open, showing which sphere's you have.
Spoiler on how to use the sphere follows...
When you have the sphere at the locked door at the bottom of the tower.
Go down to the sphere again, and use it. This will unlock the door and
then you're in for some REAL enemies...

| Re .5: The list of items, including the sphere, scrolls within the
window. My alterego (.3) was equally puzzled by the "disappearing"
sphere.
Now for his current question: "Where is the ROM?"

| Possible spoiler concerning the ROM...
I *believe* that the ROM was in the hidden town. You can get
directions there from the library which you should have found. (The
library is South of the Western portion of the large lake.)
What the library says: (Much more of a spoiler....)
The town is in the neighborhood of 15 East and 15 North of the
library. Count every step as 1. (I don't remember the exact numbers.
One was 15 and the other was 14 or 16.)

First, somewhere you should have found a hint as to where it is. i.e.
Someone in one of the towns gives you a hint.
More follows:
(Boy I hope I have this all right.)
Search a tree in the center of an island. The island in question is
on the eastern part of that "world".

No luck at all with the riddle and I still need major help.I have A few
slight ideas though.Maybe it might just have something to do with the 4
brothers that are suppose to be ruling the world ? Or maybe it has
something to do with the red orb ? Then again maybe the villagers won't
tell us something we need to know unless we give them something they
want.As for now I am just serching every part of the world piece by
piece.
I STILL COULD USE ANY VERIFACATION TO MY IDEAS OR ANY I REAPEAT ANY

I think you and I are the only ones into this game at the moment.
I have started searching every part of the world also. I seem to get
into a lot of fights, no luck otherwise. I'm looking for the library.
I have a feeling the answer to the riddle is in there!!!! I have gone
back to where the LAKE! is, or where I think the lake is. Somewhere
around level 3, except the directions from the previous note don't
match
Still looking. Any hints would help.

I thought the lake and library they were talking about in a previous
note was on this level. NOT SO...I have been everywhere! Every island
searching every inch. Now the hints that I get from the towns people
suggest there is another orb...I have the red one, maybe the blue one
has some answers????

I thought I'd go back and read the text exactly last noght, and lo and
behold...
I instead got the message: "you have BATTLESWORD the right answer" and
was awarded the blue orb.

I think I know were you are supposed to take the blue orb ,at
the end of the tower to get to the 5th floor there is a door that
leads to the begening of the sea level ,in the begening of the world is
a large square area, in the right hand side of this area is a room with
a locked door try using the orb there.
Now maybe you could help me awnser the riddle ,or find the Battle
sword? PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!

I am currently at the last guy ,or so I think and cannot do
anything that will take down his strength enough to kill him. And I
thought that he would be as easy as the rest! I have 3 people alive in
my party and each have fairly powerful weapons. My monster has drink
,my mutant has the glass sword ,and my human has masmune.
P.S. the name of the guy I am at is the creator. ANY SPOILERS WELCOME
WITH OPEN ARMS.
