I'm new to this note. My apologies if this subject was discussed
somewhere else (moderator, please move if required). My son informed
me that Nintendo is releasing a new series of games/software that is
superior to currently available. And this stuff is not backward
compatible to his current system box. In other words Dad, I need a new
box to play this awesome stuff. Being stupid to all things
Nintendo-wise.....can someone explain?

Hi Alan
Your son is talking about the new 16 bit machine comming out from
Nintendo. This system is due to be release in Japan in a few weeks.
Probaby not in the USA for 6-12 months (just a guess).
