| Super Contra is almost exactly like contra.
I rented it this past weekend and I loved it. All the weapons are
the same. The first board is in somthing like an enemy base. It
is very simalar to the first board on contra. But on the second
you're looking down on the men like in Metal Gear. I don't want
to spoil it for you. It is definantly(sp?) worth the money and if
you liked Contra you will love Super contra. Could this be like
a second mission?

| I have rented this game and think it is greatm also but for a small
correction regarding the last note one weapon has changed. The weapon
is fire fire has become one huge round ball of fire and when it hits
sopmething it spreads out. This game is verty challenging and worth the
money. It is az little different from the first one because your shots
go alot faster and the enemy bullets are faster. There are two views of
your character one from above and one from below. I myself have beaten
this game and believe the ending was dissapointing. If you would like
to start out with ten guys here is a code

| This is the coolest thing I have ever seen!
Push A and B at the same time and hold them down, then push
start and watch what happens. It's cool.

| I have been absent from this conference for quite a while but trying to
play this game has brought me back. I did manage to beat the first
Contra without any cheat. And I have made it deep into Area 6 of
Super C without any cheat. But I plan on using the cheat from .2,
thanks. I have really enjoyed playing both of the Contra games, but I
don't want to invest the time it would take me to beat it on my own.
This isn't the kind of game you can give very many tips on. But I did
develope a couple tricks that helped me get thru some of the levels.
If someone has some specific problems, I may be able to give some
tactics. I will try to check out this topic from timt to time.

| Well, I just beat SuperC. The eighth level was really tough. And
seven was really different (going down vs. going up). It took me
awhile even with the 10 life cheat. I wonder what I will work on now?

| Can someone please tell when you are suppose to punch in the 10 lives
cheat command? I have tried it several times and it does not work.
I've tried it as the Super C lettering comes across the screen
at the select 1 or 2 players screen and in the play screen.

| Can someone tell me when you are suppose to punch in the commands
to bring on extra lives? I have tried as the lettering comes across
the screen at the select # of players screens and on the actual playing
screen. This was tried for contra and Super C with no effect.

| You have to punch the code in while the banner is crossing the screen.
I think the code is in 465.2.
