JENNIFER will talk to you.You have to be right outside the door
to where the compass is at(or the rocket launcher).Make sure you
have the antenna.Go to frequency 148.Jennifer should respond.After
she does enter the room with the compass in it.It will be there.The
same thing goes with the rocket launcher.

| Hi Len! I think you got it mostly right. Jennifer is very fussy
about WHO she talks to and WHERE she talks to you.

You need to have saved enough POW's to be a high enough rank. Jennifer
won't talk to you if you don't have enough stars. Also, you have
to be in certain areas, like outside the room the compass is in.
