I rented Lunar Pool a few nights ago and can't get enough!
Although it's not a very difficult game, it's fun to play.
there are 60 screens, each with a different type of pool
table. You can adjust the friction of the table from
00-255. 00 being the point where the cue ball will not
stop rolling...
Anyone have comments??

I've had lunar pool for about six months and still find myself playing
it fairly often. And I disagree with "its not a very difficult
game" particularly on some screens that you really have to work
your ball out of a precarious situation.
I've tried some of the final screens as well, and on one in particular,
can't sink one ball out of the six of them.
I've also tried playing without any friction, and find it impossible
to play. The ball never ever stops... you have to sink all six
balls on one shot, and then the ball still keeps on going.
If you pump the gravity all the way up, you get these little choppy
strokes like a real hacker was shooting. I kind of like that, seeing
as I identify pretty well to that term...
What I would like to know is, how does Lunar Pool compare to other
pool games?

Thomas,
I'd rent it...I personally found the game gets boring after awhile, and
the feel of the "cue" feels wrong....
A better game for pool is Sidepocket.
