    This game is so easy I beet it

 	Coming soon for Nintendo by Trade West, "IKARI WARRIORS II:VICTORY ROAD"
This game is in arcades and I think it is much better than the first one, but it
is much more diffucult. Some of the major new points about the game are the new
weapons. You can get a sword, protective armor, and a flame thrower.

    Ikari Warriors II is available now.. Saw an add this weekend for
    this game at Caldor's.. Price was $37.99   Haven't had a chance
    to get there yet. But it won't be long. My boys are real pests
    and have been waiting for this one..

    	Don't bother. I saw it played, even played it. The game isn't
    that great. The graphics are very sloppy, it seems as if there was
    a rush on trying to get it out. It is different than the arcade,
    but most of it is the same idea (shoot & grenade). 
    	The only part I liked was that you got to go shoping, and when
    you entered the store you were greeted by a computer generated
    "WELCOME!!". The guy behind the bar looks neat. I'd give this one
    a 5, 6 if you _really_ liked IKARI WARRIORS, but I give you a fair
    warning.. IT IS EASY!! I won the first day I had it, practicly the
    first game I played of it.
    	
    				How bout SUPER CONTRA for home?
    			 	   I want to see if I can beat it, again...

    DIE,PUSH THE A BUTTON FOLLOWED BY THE B BUTTON AND   REPEAT SO IT'S
    A,BB,A THIS WILL ALLOW YOU TO CONTINUE WHERE YOU LEFT OFF.

    Hi,
    
    	I would like to know how I can get the extra weapons after killing
    	the giants...  Sometimes I got into a room full of weapons,
    	other time full of creatures and they almost kill me.
    
    	Also, what is the purpose of flying?  Will I still get hit and
    	die?  Thank you

     I'm entering this on behalf of a friend who's suffering from 
 Ikari frustration. Since the people in this conference had no trouble
 with this game, his problem should be a snap. The problem as he 
 related it to me: When he gets to the point where there is a huge
 "face" above what looks like an altar, and there are guys pouring out
 from both sides of the altar, he's able to kill all the men, but
 can't seem to hurt the "face" with either bullet or grenade. In 
 addition he can't go around or over the altar and has to stop playing
 at this point. This seems like a very silly endgame so what's he
 doing wrong? Any and all answers would be greatly appreciated.

	Ikari Warriors is a simple game. I expect you to have figured 
out a solution by the time of this message, but if you can't figure
it out this is the secret.  Do not use bullets.  Use grenades against the 
face and strike repeatedly. A helpful hint is to let the face hit you with one
of its "balls" so that you become invincible and can thus throw grenades
safely.  Always hit the face and nothing else.  However, I'm still not sure 
what you mean by the face.  The face I'm talking about is the one encountered
with the robot soldiers that fire lasers.  If you're talking about any other
face notify me. 
 

    On Ikari Warriers II......
    
    It seems we (kids/self) got to the end or...
    And we hit something right after we're given a sword - problem is
    everthing we've done have NOT effected it - any.
    
    Any hint would be appreciated

    This is the first time I have looked at this conference and wonder
    if anyone has IKARI WARRIORS and would like to sell it.  Either because
    they don't like it or are just tired of it.  My kids love it.  We
    rented it and every since , can't find it anywhere.  Any suggestions?

    IKARI WARRIORS STAGE SELECT!!!
    
    A,B,B,A is lame!! this is the long way of doing it! here is the
    much shorter way wizkids,  when the title screen is on input the
    following commands-- up,down,a,a,b,left,right,a,b,up,a,down,right,

    right,left,b,up,left,a,right,b,left,right,a,left,up,a,down,a,right,left,
    b.  Stage one then appears next to the airplane landing screen.
    press a or b and you will be able to select a stage, THEN use a,b,b,a.
    to go from there.
