I have a customer who will be "converting from DEC floating point to 1750a floating point". He is looking for some hex representations of this floating point format to use as reference points. I wish I could tell you what 1750a floating point is, but I don't know. Best I can tell, 1750a is some sort of ADA standard, but I can't be sure. So, if anyone can help with this, I would greatly apprecite it. Thanks, Jerry Henson U.S. CSC post in digital_standards and math notes conference.

The 1750a is a military standard microprocessor used in embedded aplications, such as avionics, which is consistent with your Ada statement. Other than that, I can't help you with the 1750a. JPB |
