         Could someone give me pointers to the following linear algebra
    packages:
              LINPACK
              EISPACK
    
       Their existance was mentioned in 672.*  but their location was
    not.  
    
       Incidently, they're needed to solve a Linear Matrix Riccati problem.
    
       Has anybody encountered this before??  The method to be used
    is based on shur vectors.
