Does anyone have any experience with getting NIL 286 to work under VMS V4.4. When I try to do the lisp link (actually a load) I crash my system. The sysgen & authorize parameters have been checked (virtualpagecnt 30000). Has anyone brought up DOE-MACSYMA under Vax lisp? NIL release 0.286 lisp system version 286 Macsyma Version 302 If no one has an answer, I guess I'll try MIT Adv<thanks>ance P

    I've brought 0.286 up on a 3.5 system. I do know
that a single patch was required for 4.0 systems.
If you're still trying, I can look at the distribution, I still
    have it.

Is the DOE-MACSYMA licensed or free-to-copy? If the latter, I'd
    like to look at it.

| This kind of information is also suitable for the MAPLE conference. > Is the DOE-MACSYMA licensed or free-to-copy? If the latter, I'd > like to look at it. I'm pretty sure this is NOT free-to-copy. If it's not, please be ethical. We can't afford to lose our good relationships with suppliers of this kind of product. MAPLE *is* licensed corporate-wide, so can be copied inside the company. | |||||
