Los Alamos Laboratory would like to announce the creation of 3
new mailing lists on the ARPANET. These lists will, we hope, serve
to support the active dissemination of information about the DOE
version of MACSYMA. Several people at Los Alamos will be providing
support for these mailing lists.
MACSYMA - General information about MACSYMA and new releases.
It will also be the place to report bugs in the
DOE version.
INFO-MACSYMA - Information about user contributed code,
and questions about the use of MACSYMA
BUG-MACSYMA - A restricted mailing list for those people
involved in maintaining MACSYMA. People on
this list will be required to show proof
of purchase of DOE MACSYMA in addition
to signing an agreement not to redistribute
any code posted here. We are sorry to do this
but MACSYMA is a very sensitive political
hot potato.
