The products do work - I've lost 24 pounds, and have gone from
a size 14 to a size 4 jeans, now weighing in at 121 lbs.
I consider the stuff to be magic, especially because after all
I tried through diet and exercise to lose weight and nothing
worked, I switched to these supplements and lost 3.5 pounds the
first week without even trying or doing anything differently.

The programs start at $30...
I've been on the herbalife for about 5 months now. I've not only lost
weight but the nutritional supplements are making me healthier.
It's a noticeable difference. It shows in your hair and your nails.
I started my boyfriend on the Herbalife
and he's already lost 15 lbs. He scoffed at me in the beginning, but

| So ... for those of you who have tried this program. What exactly do
you get for $30? It seems to me, when I was looking at the price list
(somewhere else in this notes file) that the product cost quite a bit
more than $30 for a months worth.
I'm just curious ... I've been hearing quite a lot about Herbalife
lately.
