| I have the week one program for the Freedom Plan.
The 1st week you have breakfast, lite meal, main meal, and snack.
No weighing and they give you recommended menus to choose from.
On the weekends, you are allowed to have a burger and fries, or bacon
and eggs, or go out to dinner, however you are to cut out the snack and
eat lite the rest of the day.
Personally, I was looking for the program that allowed me to eat
everything described in the "1st week" and have the burger and fries,
but I guess its not to be ;-) (at least not in wk 1)
