My old raggedy skirt's probably so tight I couldn't get it on
over one THIGH right now! Specially those silly under-bumpers.
Come to think of it, the only things that even BUMP any more
*ARE* my thighs... bump together when I walk, that is!!!! =(
Arrrrrgh! Ha ha. High school! Those were the (thin) days...

| I'm so happy for my friend Kim! This is one of the friends that
started on the Equinox system I think about 3-4 weeks ago now...she's
lost 16 lbs!! This really does work...of course, you have to want it
and you have to make it work for you...nothing is magic, BUT...this
is the closest thing I've found!

Got the Equinox info you sent me in the mail last week.
Thanks. The products are comparable to others I've seen
but have heard so many rave reviews on this I'll have to

| I'm really not sure how these products compare to Herbalife since
I have never tried Herbalife. Herbalife has a good reputation and
probably has very good products....but all I know is that I have tried
many products and many programs and I can honestly say that this is
the first one that is doing the trick....I mean, really doing the
trick....long term that is...Jenny Craig and Nutri-System and
whatever else I've tried were great for maybe the first week or two...
but then it got to a point where I just gave up...it just wasn't
something I could do longer than that for some reason...but this is
my 2nd month, and I'm still as psyched, and full of energy as at
the beginning...that's the big difference for me. I just feel like
sighing a big sigh of relief because FINALLY, I know I will be thin...
not skinny, but healthy...all in due time. No big hurry, and no panic.
I have NO doubts at all this time. I know I have found the answer...
for me, that is.
All I know it that the Equinox Products are working really well
for me and for 2 of my close friends...my friend Kim called me
yesterday and she's down 22 lbs. so far! YAY KIM!
If anyone else wants brochures or other info, let me know...
I couldn't promote or sell anything I didn't believe in 100%.

| Hi Karen...
I mean "long term" in the sense that FOR ME, I have never been able
to stick with something for more than 3-4 weeks before becoming
frustrated and feeling deprived, etc. I feel none of that after over
2 months. I can just tell that this is something I can live with for
much longer than everything else I've tried. It's allowing me to
change my eating habits fairly easily, and is helping me with my energy
level so that I can keep up the motivation I need to keep working out.
I guess I should have worded it differently...believe me, I know that
long-term means losing weight and keeping it off for several years, and
hopefully, forever!...I think it's up to me to make sure that happens.
And I will! :)

| Hi all...
Just an update...
I pretty much ate what I wanted to in Florida on vacation...vacation
is a part of life and I will NOT deprive myself of going out to eat
and drinking, etc. while I'm on vacation. And I only worked out once
while in Florida. And for about a week after I got back, it was a
bit of a struggle to get back into the swing of things, but...
I'm back into it full swing now!!
I probably haven't lost any more than the initial 15...but that's
o.k...I don't think I've gained any either. I haven't stepped on
a scale in 4 weeks, but I can tell by the way my clothes fit anyway.
So onward to the next 15!!! I'd say by the end of May. Then after
that, I'll have only about 15-20 more to go!! YAY!!!
Just thought I'd check in and let everyone know I'm still doing
fine!!!
