	It appears that this notesfile remains to operate without
	a moderator.

	In recent months, several notes have been started that are
	clearly against conference guidelines (and Digital Policy, too).

	I would ask that we, on our own honor, adhere to the 
	conference guidelines in note 1.0 as a minimum.

	If you can't recall them, you may want to go back and
	read through them again.

	Also, if you have recently entered notes that are in violation
	of these guidelines, you may want to set them hidden.
