	I have had some success with this tape in the way of correcting
	my eating habbits and weightloss.

	I use to eat a lot of junk food before listening to the weight loss
	tape (candy bars and soda was my undoing)
	after listening to the tape for about 3 weeks I no longer ate junk
	food.

	I had changed from jubk to healthy food. I began to eat smarter
	salad's, fruits, veggies etc.

	I can honestly say that I went about 4 months after that before I 
	had a candy bar, and that was because I just felt like it, not because
