Howdy All,
I'm looking for calorie counts on all basic fruits, ie. apples, bananas,
oranges etc... I looked thru the notes with "DIR/TITLE=" and did not
find any notes. Any help/pointers would be helpful.

You can pick up a book of calorie counts for real cheap in a bookstore.
Check the medical/nutrition/diet books section. You can even pick up
pocket books at the checkout line in some supermarkets.
Most fruits are 10-20 calories per oz...low caloried fruits are
watermelon, strawberries, melons (~10 cal/oz)...medium are
oranges, apples, peaches, apricots, berries (~15 cal/oz)...high are
bananas, grapes, cherries (~20 cal/oz).
