I am looking for walking tapes. I've seen tapes available through catalogs on classical music and music from the 40s& 50s (I think). Can anyone recommend any other tapes? What I don't want is hard rock & roll. Thanks, nancy

There are tapes in the book stores that has what looks like a plaster foot walking on the front. Don't get the big bands, just the "regular" tape. Its instrumental and very upbeat and pretty. Donna | |||||

I recently came across a mail order source for walking tapes. I have heard a couple of the tapes and really like them. The ones I got from a friend were 2 30 minute workouts and 1 hourlong workout. They are all intermediate level, which is about a 15 minute mile. The one I use most is the hourlong one which is 4 miles. I think the 30 minute workouts are a bit less than 2 miles. Anyway, I wanted to share this with others who might enjoy music to walk by!! Here's the info: Sports Music, Inc. Box 769689 Roswell, GA 30076 800-878-4764 Have Fun!! Lila |
