Hi ,
I was just wondering if anyone has information on a diet called
"Thermagetics"(sp?) . My friend shared with me that it is like
Herbal Life . Thanks !

I think Thermagetics is the Amway version of the Herbalife stuff.
If so, I tried it awhile back. And while I did have quite a bit more
energy, one of the tablets sort of sped up my system -- fast heart
rate, headaches, sleeplesness, etc. I quit taking it because at the
time I had high blood pressure and didn't want to take any chances. The
lady who sold it to me, though, swears by it. (I swear _at_ it.)
I guess the desperation in me at times outweighs the sensibleness of
just changing my behavior and attitudes toward food, so I'll usually
try anything, only to give up or be disappointed pretty quickly.
