Does anyone know how Wendy's cook their grilled chicken?
Is it really plain? Also I have bought their grilled
chicken salad which contains 2 oz of chicken (good for
WW portion) but their low-cal salad dressing does
not list calories so I'm afraid to use it. Does
anyone know the calorie count? If not can I buy
packets of lo-cal dressing someplace?

W.W. has packets of low-cal dressing that are sold in the supermarkets.
They come in boxes of ??, say 20-30 packets. They are optional calories
only...6 for Caesar and 35 for Creamy Ranch. They are very good.
The portions are good size too.

Do they need to be refrigerated?

They come in boxes of 12. They do not need refrigeration. I keep a box of the Caesar in my desk all the time. They taste great, to me. They are oil free. I also buy the bottled version and use it as a marinade for chicken and fish. | |||||

Are those the only flavors? I love french.

I think they have French in a bottle, but I'm not positive. If not,
you might want to see if they have it in the new Healthy Sensation
line or the Kraft Free. Optional calories are optional calories
no matter who's brand you're looking at. I believe WW also has
a Peppercorn dressing in a bottle.

| 740.6 | try WW Caeser - my favorite | TLE::TLE::D_CARROLL | a woman full of fire | Mon May 11 1992 18:57 | 17 |
WW makes Italian, Ranch, and Caeser in packets, and in addition
Peppercorn, Tomato Vinegrette, Creamy Cucumber and some other flavors
in bottles.
Another brand that makes packets is Estee. I don't know what flavors
they have in packets (I have creamy garlic here in my desk) but they
make french, blue cheese (which is disgusting, esp. if you are a blue
cheese fan like myself), thousand island and many other flavors.
Another things is that there are many, many brands of lo-cal dressing
that isn't fat-free. Most of them are 20-30 ca for a 2 Tbs serving.
If using a restaraunt's lo-call dressing, you could assume that figure,
and be pretty safe. Even if you aren't right, you know, you aren't
going to kill you diet by having 30 more calories than you intended
anyway...
