30 grams is about right. Most nutritionists say limit calories from fat to 15-20% of all the calories you eat. If you're on a 1500 calorie/day diet, then that works out to between 225 and 300 calories. 30 grams of fat is 270 calories, so that's in the ballpark. | |||||
