Does anyone else have a problem with salt? In the last few weeks I've
noticed that if I have very much salt, I feel puffy in my face and
mouth.
The problem comes with hidden salt in pre-made foods. I guess my
question is, how do people avoid it, and does anyone have some tasty
recipes for no/low salt diets.

I've found as long as I keep my water intake up (2 quarts a day) I don't have a problem retaining water as a result a salt. If I have a particularly "salty" day (like if I go out for Chinese - which is loaded with sodium) I just drink more water. D! | |||||

But be aware that water retention due to too much sodium is a known
problem for lots of us fatties.....
