Has anyone tried the T-Factor with any success? How much weight can
you lose and how fast? The book says women should have 20-40 grams of
fat a day....I don't find the diet hard but since there's no pain
attached (depravation etc etc), I feel it probably won't work.
Any one who knows, I'd appreciate hearing.
Thanks,
Helene

I, myself, have not tried this diet yet, however I know of three people
who have and they have all lost weight. They say it is very easy and
painless. I need a more regimented program so I'm thinking of tryingn
the Rotation Diet which is by the same person as the T-Factor.
Good Luck and please let us know how you do.
