Hi,
Does anyone know the recipe for the Weight Watchers Pumpkin Muffins.
I have heard numerous people talk of them, and I asked my leader if
she has the recipe. She hasn't been able to locate it and I'm dying
to try them. I would also like the breakdown on them....
how many breads, proteins etc per serving, and the serving size.
Thanks in advance.....

Just make regular pumpkin muffins and "watch" them. Since this
entails no calories it could be termed "weight watchers" muffins.

Here is your recipe. I couldn't find it at home, but checked the Cooks
notefile, where note #2953 contains a few WW recipes.
1 cup canned pumpkin (not the prepared pie filling)
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk 1 tsp baking powder
2 beaten eggs 2 tsp cinnamon
6 pks Sweet n Low (Not Equal) 2 tsp nutmeg
6 tbsp flour 1 tsp baking soda
4 tbsp raisins (optional) 1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 12 muffin cups with Pam. Mix all
ingredients and distribute batter evenly into muffin cups. Bake 15 to
20 minutes.
6 muffins = 1M, 1P, 1B (+1FR if you use raisins)
These are extremely moist.
Enjoy,
Chris
