What can I eat that will satisfy my sugar attacks in the afternoon? I've tried fruit, and nutra-sweet, but they don't work! HELP. Pam

My two latest finds are Oat Bran Graham Crackers by Health Valley. They have a sweet cinnomon taste to them and you can eat 7 crackers for a total of 120 calories. I get satisfied with about 3 or 4! Also the Hain Honey Nut Mini Rice Cakes are good. A sweet and salty taste! Yum! And you can eat 6 for 60 calories! | |||||

Try raisins, or Quaker Apple Cinnamon Rice cakes (yum!) I've also picked up some single serving No Sugar Added Fruit Cocktail at Shaws and kept them in my office. They have a pull ring lid, so they're easy to have at work. Karen |
