| Hi Carol,
I'm dieting, too. Actually, we got a group of 13 people
to join a weightloss pool. Every week we weigh-in at the
nurses scale, and give a buck to the fund. At the end
of the 13 wk period, whoever lost the most weight by percentage
of weightlost gets the bucks! So far I'm ahead (8 lbs).
I'm on a low fat diet (limiting to 20 fat grams a day) and
bicycling 8 or 9 miles 3 times a week.

| Well, I may be thin nowadays, but I'm still careful to shed any extra
poundage that comes about on business trips like the one to ZK next
week...

As Sharon said (Note 665.3) we're all in the Progress file.
Although I agree with you Carol, the actual people writing
notes aren't much (I think alot of people are just "read only"
noters).
Anyway, we're here if you need us!! Check out the progress
note, and add one of your own so we can know how you're doing!
