I refuse to let an Easter pass without at least a couple of Cadbury Creme Eggs. So, I called Cadbury (Hershey Foods) to find out the calorie count. 1 Cadbury Creme Egg has 190 calories. Pretty easy to fit into Level 2 of Weight Watchers! The phone number is 1-800-468-1714, if anyone is interested in getting info on any other of their products. --Sharon

Wow Sharon, 190 calories isn't bad. I mean, I figured those eggs
had about 300-350 calories in them.
My problem is I can't just eat "alittle" candy. Once my mouth
tastes that candy, I turn into a crazy woman!! I start wanting
more and more and more and well, you know. That's why I'm in
this notes conference!

I think going through the exercise of eating "just one" would be good for when we return to "real-life". I know that during Easters of the past, one egg a week was certainly not the quantity consumed! --Sharon | |||||
