Hi, yesterday I went to a doctor that give consultant on MEDIFAST. But something is still not clear. He tells me that I am to take the 5 packets and then in the evening a light dinner (meat and vegatable or salads). Is this correct? Or is it that he is modifying it,I mean he would be better if a meal can be eaten. But which is more effective? This is my first time of every using the porduct.

It is best to ask the consultant to clarify exactly what he wants you to do. If you are on Medifast, I would expect that you will be checked very often. Eating a meal would certainly be a modification. But the consultant should explain it to you. |
