    Just wondering if any of you have ever tried the Lahey
    Clinic diet...............?
    
    If so, how did you like it and what kind of results di
    d you get?
    
    Also, do you feel it is a safe diet, nutrition wise?

    I never heard of this diet. Is this something from the Lahey Clinic in
    Burlington?

    This diet was going around our facility last year.  It is nutritionally
    unsound and has nothing to do with the Lahey Clinic.  The Lahey Clinic
    uses nutritionists who give individual guidance in diets and there is no
    "Lahey Clinic" diet.  Do not use this for the sake of your own health.
