Next week I will be going to a barbecue. Everyone has been asked to bring something, so I plan to bring a plate of raw vegetables and dip. I would like to bring something else too, maybe a protein? But I can't think of one that would be appropriate to the setting. I plan on having *a* hamburger, but other than that I don't want to add to my waistline.

Nip across to the Veggy notesfile, there's lots of BBQ stuff, salads etc., and they're LFHF for the most part and so will not add to your waistline. KP7 etc. Richard. | |||||

Whenever asked to bring something I try to bring fruit or salad. If I want to add protein to the salad there are always chick peas, bean salad or adding some turkey. Have fun Loretta | |||||
