585.0. "MCDONALD'S SALADS" by USWRSL::ROCH_VI () Thu Jun 07 1990 19:27

    I noticed the note on calories in fast food, but my question wasn't
    answered....

    Does anyone know how many calories the McDonalds Chunky Chicken
    Salad have -- without the dressing....the lo-cal dressing has
    a nutrition label.

    It can't have too many.....any ideas?

    Thanks in advance!

    Vicki

    This book is lists *absolutely* everything (food related) used
    in McDonald's menu (condiments, ingredients, additives). They
    even offer additional info on diabetic exchanges. You can get
    a free copy of this book from McDonald's Nutrition Information
    Center in McDonald's Plaza, Oak Brook, Il 60521 or you can call
    (708) 575-FOOD and have one sent to you.

    I picked up one of those from McD in Sydney (I don't eat it, but get
    real angry at their sales pitch). Their numbers differ to all the
    other sources. Three totally unrelated sources list their Big Mac at
    much higher fat% that what McD do, so be wary... Everytime I think of
    a Big Mac at 36.0 grams of fat I REALLY shudder.
