| I could find this listing in 'The Complete Book of Food Counts':
For Sara Lee Classic Elegant Endings, 4oz portion
calories...............350
protein (gms).......... 10.0
carbohydrates (gms).... 29.0
fat (gms).............. 22.0
cholesterol (mgs)...... n.a.
sodium (mgs)...........250
fiber (gms)............ n.a.
By my calculation, this would be (22 x 9 / 350) x 100 = 56.57% fat !
Better have an APPLE !
(Quite possibly a 'custom-made' cheesecake MIGHT be higher).

| Does anyone have a calorie count list for cough drops?
Specifically Halls Mentho-Lyptus spearmint cough suppressant tablets.
If you have the calorie for any cough mint I would at least get a
general idea.

I have a booklet on 'Brand Name Calorie Counters'. I does state
that: Halls - Square or Oval. 1 piece is 15 calories. Pine Brothers,
assorted, honey & wild cherry are 10 calories.

I'm not sure, but looking at the difference in the coffees, I think

Thanks for the reply, but what I was looking for is the coffee you buy as coffee
beans, the beans have liquors and other flavors added. One coffee I had gotten
has almond slivers mixed in with beans. They must have more calories than plain
coffee, I just have no idea how much liquor (or whatever) gets added in.
I've been limiting myself to one cup a day, but if it's very high in calories,
I need to know.
