    I had something nice happen last night.
    
    I was in Benetton looking at some very fitted shirt/jackets.  They are
    short and have snaps up the front and made of heavy material.  They
    were folded up on the shelf and I couldn't see any sizes.  The clerk, a
    delightful smiling Italian male, came up to me and said, "For you, a
    small" and got one off the shelf for me to try on.
    
    Although I've lost 85 pounds, I'm still in the 170's (at 5'6") so this
    really surprised me!  He was right, the shirt fit beautifully and I
    bought it.   (I've gotten pretty flat on top, must be why :-)  )
    
    This week I am celebrating 11 months of abstinence and it was
    Valentine's Day on top of that, so it was a very nice validation of the
    choices I made 11 months ago.   Much better than chocolate and short
    term gratification!
