| I just tried this shake today (before I saw the note)!
It was a good snack ... I used this hand-held beater that I
received for xmas (discussed elsewhere in WEIGHTLOSS, I think).
It worked great.

p.s. Using frozen strawberries makes it a little shake-ier.

| Since it's such a filling drink, you don't need much of it for a snack.
If you use it as a breakfast drink, you're only getting 140-220
calories. It tastes nice and sweet without anything artificial.
How many calories are suggested by diet gurus for a full breakfast?
This morning I processed one glass of milk to 1/2 cup strawberries, and
the yield was 3 full glasses of strawberry drink. Granted, much of it is
air, but if you need something filling, this is one suggestion.
