It's not easy to pick up and keep going. Try to focus on your
progress so far. I keep a graph of my weight loss; there's a
red line at 2 lb/week, and another at 1 lb/week. My goal is to
stay below the second line. I started out with a 5.5 lb loss,
so I've stayed below the steeper line, but I can look at that
and see that even if I started gaining 1 lb/week every week (not
likely!), it would take a month before I crossed the 1 lb line.
I could plateau for 8 weeks and still be within my goal range.

| Why forgive yourself...If you went off of your diet, then get
back on it. If you have stuck to it, platau's are common. Just
keep in mind that persistence is the key. Approaching each day
as a new day, a new beginning helps..
Hope this helps,

I think it is important to forgive yourself after a bad week.
Yes, it's important to get back on program, but if we dwell on
past failures, we set ourselves up for more of the same.
We're all human. That means we're not perfect, and we won't
always meet our goals. Accepting that and looking forward to
success is part of the healing process.
