    Are there any Diet Workshop Members out there?  I joined on Saturday
    and I'm really excited about the diet.  Lost 83 lbs. on W.W. 15
    years ago and have put some back on over the years due to one big
    excuse of giving up smoking!  Anyway I went to D.W. because I kept
    trying to lose it with W.W. without success.  I felt I needed a
    change and I have found a diet now that I know can work for me.
    
    Anyone got any comments?
