Well, today was D-DAY (diet day). I attended my first class at
the Diet Center. It didn't seem too bad. My weight is 257.5. and
my goal is 225. I don't have THAT far to go, but..... this is the
highest I have ever been.
The diet seems good, and fair enough, I'll let you know how I make
out.
