Does anyone have any information about Beder Health Associates? I picked
up a brochure at the Nurse's Office at OGO. Hypnotherapy is the
method that they use. Supposedly (according to the brochure) DEC
has hosted seminars for them. The treatment consists of 1, 2 at
the most hypnotherapy sessions and the fee ($95) includes the cost
of subliminal message tapes.
Anyone used this 'practically guaranteed results' method? Would
love to hear pros/cons before shelling out $95.

I used this method to quit smoking and (Drum Roll) I have been
off the butts for 10 months. But i also am 7 lbs heavier (sigh).
I tried this method to lose weight but I think it was to close
to the quiting of smoking and I didn't lose but I did stop gaining
which at the time was progress. So as you can see, it worked
for smoking but losing weight was harder for me.
