    What happened (or rather, did something happen?) to the Notesfile
    WORDS::PROGRESS? I have been trying to access it for several days,
    and I always get the message "Network Object Unknown at Remote Node".
    I then looked up the Easynotes.lis in the Easynotes conference to find 
    the pointer to the announcement of PROGRESS, and where any
    change is supposed to be posted, and the pointer .... points ... to 
    SRFSUP::WEIGHTLOSS.
    
    Strange, isn't it?                         
    
    Any info appreciated...    Joana

    Joana,
    
    The conference is still there.  Kristy has only so many allowable
    links to connect to WORDS.  If there are too many, you will get
    the error message that you are getting, wait a few seconds and try
    again... it may take 4 or 5 minutes, but you will succeed in gaining
    entrance to PROGRESS.

    As I haven't seen this announced elsewhere in this conference, I
    just wanted to let you know that ALONE::PROGRESS has disappeared
    and is living a brand new incarnation (i.e. started from scratch)
    on JPOIND::PROGRESS, thanks to Kristy Gleason.

    I keep trying to reach it, and receive the "network partner exited"
    message every time.

    I had the same problem and wrote to Kristy, the moderator. She just
    answered me and suggested I change the entry to DECENT::PROGRESS.
    DECENT being the Cluster Alias. It works!
