    for those of you who wanted the diet that i lost 47lbs in 9 wks
    below is the diet,good luck and i still use this for maintience
    when i feel a little heavy,i to date have not ghained 1lb back.
    
    supplies:
    a mail scale for ounces
    lots of good humor
    lots of self love    mail scale is a must
    
    you have your choice of 2 meats turkey or chicken and fish
    
    you will remove any fat and weigh out 3 & 1/2 ounces of just 1
    of the above 2 times daily with as much of the vegetables listed
    below:
    aspargus                   drink only sodas under 2 ca
    aspargus                   lots of water if thats your thing 
    spinach                                                           
    brussel sprouts            daily vitiams and a calcium deposit
    caulifflower               take your calcium with youir food only
    
    if you exercise fine i did not,also today i eat what i want and
    1-2 days a week i will use this instead of regular food.
    good luck  do nopt mix the vegetables only of a kind at each
    meal and as much,i repeat as much vegetables as your heart desires
    i liked the chicken best. chicken breast only!!

    you may have no carbs fruit wasn't listed but i advise you stick
    with the diet as i did. It works and it also went fast.

    	Spinach     : 66% of calories from carbohydrates
    	Br. Sprouts : 74% of calories from carbohydrates
    	Cauliflower : 73% of calories from carbohydrates

    hmmmmmmmm, never really thought about those vegies being carbs -
    only pasta, rice, potatoes, etc!
    
    One more question, is there any breakfast with this diet, or just
    lunch dinner?  (I assume snacks can be the above mentioned vegies.)
    
    I've got about 15 more pounds to lose, I've pateu'ed for the last
    month - this one may get me over the hurdle ...
