| Modified fasting ought to do it. Don't eat anything. Only drink
juice and water. If you want, add some fruit occasionally. You
should lose at least 10 lbs in two weeks. If you would rather keep
up the exercise, add more fruit and veggies. Do take vitamins.
This should not endanger you health for this short period of time
(especially if you're overweight).

| Hello Rogers,
I was in the same situation that you are in before I joined the USMC.
I was 200 lbs and I needed to get down to 190 before I could leave.
What worked for me was this, the night before I went for my phyical, I
went to this health spa which hade a sauna & whorl pool. I would hop in
one for 10 min. and the then the other for the same amount of time. I
kept weighing my self every 15 min. until I lost the 10 lbs. I took
about 2 hours of doing this. Make sure someone is with you because I
got really light headed and had to take breaks. After words don't
drink any water because that is what you have just lost. BE VERY
CARFULL! MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS WITH YOU.
Good luck.

| Pardon me if this sounds rude BUT, it seems to me if one needs to lose
10lbs for a medical physical then one should do it the proper way; i.e.
lose FAT not WATER. IMHO losing 10lbs quickly could be the worst thing
anyone could do to their body. Any Doctor worth his salt would look at
your %body fat and not what a scale says.
