| The Marlboro meeting is on Wednesdays in the Capacitor Conference room,
MRO1, 200 Forest Street.
There are currently 2 meetings, one at 11:30 and one at 12:15. This may
become one meeting at 12:00 at some future time if there aren't enough
people for 2 sessions. Check with health services (or me :-)) for times
if in doubt.

The Merrimack, NH, meetings are Tuesday at noon, in the Hudson Room
(MKO1-2/F03). This coming Tuesday (March 8) will be week 2 of the
current rotation; that makes it the last day new members can sign up
for this one.

| We have been running an At Work class here at Virginia Road, Concord,
on Monday from 12:00-1:00. We are about to start a new session
on Monday, April 11th if we have enough members. We are a small
facility and have a problem meeting the mininum number required
for a class.

There was sign-up for the Merrimack, NH, WW@W program this past
Tuesday; only 6 people signed up. 15 is the minimum. So... there
will be another signup next Tuesday, July 5, 12-1, in the Webster
Room (MKO1-2/D34). Because of the holiday, there may not be much
of a turnout then either, so they're leaving open the possibility
of a third week, after that. Same time and place.
It's $56 for 8 weeks, and I think the leader is quite good.

MKO WW@W will roll over without an enrollment week this time, if
enough people sign up. The first session will be November 22 (2
weeks from today). If you'd like to join, get a check for $64 to
Dina Kilbreth at the MKO1 PAC (1st floor, turn left as you come
through the lobby, through the doors then left). If you have a
friend who's currently in the program, you can get them a discount
by letting them sponsor you (I think you just tell Dina that).

| Weight Watchers at Work is starting a new 8 wk session Tuesday November 14th!
I think it's great timing, since the sessions will run right through the
holidays... just when some of us need the support to stay in control of our
eating habits.
Date: 11/14, Tuesday
Time: 12-1pm
Loc: Topnotch Conf Rm, WFR, 1st floor
Flanders Rd., Westboro
Cost: $69, I think
This is a very supportive group with a dynamite leader (Kathy).
Please feel free to stop in and check it out, even if you're not sure you want
to join.

Well, we found out today that MKO WW@W will have an enrollment
day after all! It'll be Nov 22nd, so the session will start a
week later, on Nov 29th.

| To all you Weight Watchers in the LKG area. There is a six week
session beginning this Friday and running through the Holidays
Cost is $54.00 for the six weeks ($48.00 for lifetime members).
We need 16 people for this session to run.....so far 13 have
signed up. If you think you need a little extra help over the
holidays, please send mail or call LKG health services
(Delni::Health). Pass it on.....who needs weight stress this time
